BBB Reg / Deferment / Refund Policy
If you are currently registered for the race, here are your options:
- Defer your registration and race the Beti Bike Bash in 2021 (we’ve got our eyes on the first part of June, but it’s too early to reserve the date/location as of today)
- A refund (minus a $20 admin fee)
- A financial hardship refund (you get full $ back if you need it, just let us know!)
If you choose option #1, you will need to find your IMAthlete confirmation email. Log into your registration and click on the link for “Edit Your Registration”. Select the third option under WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO for CANCEL: cancel your registration to defer your entry and get a code to use 100% of the registration fees you paid for next year’s event. The code is good through the 2021 Beti Bike Bash.
For options #2 and #3, please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday, August 31 so we can arrange your refund of choice. Refunds will take 4-6 weeks for us to process through imATHLETE.
We are disappointed as we know how important this event is for SO many women, young women and girls. Women supporting women on bikes is what we’re all about. Race or no race. We’re still partnering up with the VIDA MTB Series and still plan to hold the scheduled weekend clinic in September. These will likely look different than in year’s past, but the mission to learn and grow together remains the same.
Please continue to check our website, the VIDA MTB Series’ website and our social media channels for the latest updates and opportunities. We hope to continue coming up with unique ways to support one another through COVID-times and far beyond.

Q: I’m on board for June 2021, what do I need to do?
A: NOTHING! We’ll see you in June 2021!
Q: I want to defer my registration to next year, what do I need to do?

Q: Can we all just still get together and ride?
A: YES! Small groups of you and your ride buddies are still fine along the Front Range. Just wear your mask, be respectful of others on the trail, and GO FOR IT! As mentioned, we are looking into starting up some small group rides (possibly casual clinics) come September. You can check the master ride calendar or Strava on the Team Evergreen Website for more details. Everyone is welcome (regardless of ability, speed, bike preference, etc) to any of their rides at any time.
